REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Speak to our team at email@example.com stating your order number clearly along with your enquiry.
If you change your mind and your item is unused and in its original condition, we can either exchange it (at postage/packing costs) or give you a partial refund (When no errors are made on our part – Total less 25%) when you return it within 14 days. We are afraid any items that do not meet the original condition cannot be refunded. It is the consumers responsibility to return with appropriate insurance to factor any lost and damage returns.
If in the unlikely event you have received the wrong order, we will at no cost to the customer exchange the item at no additional cost, or offer a full refund.
You must ensure and are responsible these products can be imported legally in your country, and we would not be held responsible to refund any items returned to us by your customs office.
We aim to deal with all returns & refunds within 28 working days.
